Who is T.A.P. Recruiting?

We are a direct placement firm with over 25 years of combined experience in the recruiting industry, both corporate and staffing. Our firm specializes in working with companies who may not have the time, resources or staff to source candidates, screen responses for open positions or handle the due diligence for candidates they would like to hire. By providing these services for our clients we can save them both time and money, and by partnering with them, give them access to candidates they may not reach with a standard job posting.

Founder/Managing Partner

Linda founded Talent Acquisition Partners, LLC, as the next step in an almost 20-year career in recruiting and human resources. With experience recruiting for financial services, banking, software, and many other businesses, she has recruited and hired candidates from the boardroom to the lobby and everything in between.

In addition to full-cycle recruiting, she has experience in building corporate recruiting teams, brand management, college recruiting, employee retention and engagement, onboarding, and general human resources including HRIS/ATS, budgeting, organization planning, team building, and leadership.

She is also actively working on M&A projects for some of our clients, assisting them in identifying possible matches for growing companies. Recently, she completed her coursework for career development facilitation through Oakland University. She loves speaking with potential candidates about their developing careers and job search preparation.



Brad joined Linda Barr Horney in starting Talent Acquisition Partners, continuing his 20-year career in recruiting. With experience in engineering, accounting and finance, financial services, IT, and automation industries, Brad has recruited and hired all levels of candidates. 

In addition to full-cycle recruiting, he has experience in managing day-to-day operations and new business development. Brad also enjoys working with managers to effectively influence the hiring process and to ensure the selection of top talent.
